Great ideas dismissed because "we've never done it that way." Resources burned on inefficiency as a matter of routine. And yet, year after year, those giants outlasted smaller, hungrier competitors. Not because they were smarter, but because they could afford technology and talent no small business could touch.
Technology only helps people when it's designed around them.
That's the lesson that now shapes everything I do. As a digital product manager I've owned several platforms over those years — the largest a Salesforce environment serving around 300 users. The most rewarding moment of my career has always been watching a single tool work for everyone: the tech-savvy and the technology-shy alike.
Then AI changed the math. For the first time in history, capabilities that once belonged exclusively to billion-dollar enterprises are within reach of any business, at a fraction of the cost.
That's why I founded Cherish AI: to put enterprise-grade AI in the hands of small and medium-sized businesses — the backbone of our communities. I know exactly which technologies the big players use, and where. My work is translating that into what small businesses actually need, so this revolution doesn't leave only a few standing. This time, the advantage belongs to the businesses that hold our communities together.
